During feudal and bureaucratic management system, banishing officials was a natural phenomenon, and its purpose was to punish the officials breaching of their duty and administer civilian community. But under the status of regnal autarchy and management with human superior to management with law, banishing officials always were mixed with human management factors. Also banishing officials became arbitrary behaviors. This paper takes Zhengde Dynasty as breaking point, and on the base of analyzing the reason of banishing officials and their miserable encounters, systemic dissertates banished officials' contributes and their influence on ethos in temporal society. In conclusion, although banished officials experience tremendous shock, they annotated civilian mind under dangerous condition on their different ways. The issue of banishing officials open out orders of politics function and changing mind of archaic civilian community in feudal society.
