with the speedy development of Chinese economy andsociety, more and more foreign students take Chinese as theirprimary second language, the address which is the pioneer ofsocial communication plays an important role in teachingChinese as a second language. Based on the current status ofaddress's research and teaching in teaching Chinese as a secondlanguage, this article intends to define and classify the addresswith the methods of comparing analysis, investigation whichwill assure the teachers and students that there are differentcontents and assignment among different stage in teachingaddress, then make some analysis on some aspects and tactics inorder to bring forward that the process of teaching Chinese assecond language should press close to reality and develop withthe period. Teachers should eliminate the students' negativetransmission rooting from mother language in learning Chineseaccording to their personal status. The relationship betweenteaching and research in teaching Chinese as a second languageis undividable, so compiling suitable teaching materials whichare adapt to the development of society in order to remove somedefects in teaching is very important; for the sake of the teachersand students complete the job of learning and teaching addressin a happy and lively environment, we should apply to somemodern auxiliary tools, such as internet media, and set some livescene. This article has make very overall investigation to theteaching of address which hope can make some help for thewhole process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
