Adolescent bullying is an important subject in psychology and schoool psychological behavior study during recent thirty years. Especially in recent years, the phenomena of bullying in Chinese elementary school and high school has got more and more attention of teaching staff and researchers..This research is to explor pupils' implicit attitudes towards the issue of bullying/victim in order to give some effetive new methods for bullying/victim prevention.The study consisted of three phases.The first phase investigated 1038 pupils with a Bullying Questionnaire. The second phase used Implicit Association Test to investigate pupils' implicit attitudes towards bullying or victim. The third phase used Implicit Association Test to investigate pupils' implicit attitudes preference concerning gender in bullying or victim.The results suggest that: (1) Pupils have a negative implicit attitudes towards bullying, connecting bullying with positive evaluations; they connect victim with negative evaluations.(2)Non-involved pupils have more negative implicit attitudes towards bullying; non-involved pupils and bully/victim pupils consider that being bullied is not good.(3)Boys have more negative implicit attitudes towards bullying; both boys and girls have more negative attitudes towards being bullied.(4)Pupils have no gender preference concerning the implicit attitudes towards bullying; they are apt to connecet being bullied with female.(5)Bully, victim,bully/victim and non-involved pupils have no gender preference concerning the implicit attitudes towards bullying; victims and non-involved pupils are apt to connect being bullied with female.(6)Boys and girls have no gender preference concerning the implicit attitudes towards bullying; boys and girls have no gender preference concerning the implicit attitudes towards being bullied.
