Dunhuang Contract Documents Compiled Corrections

Dunhuang manuscripts include all kinds of contractual documents,such as businese contract,employ contract,providing a load or goods contract,tenancy contract and so on.These documents opening out the people's living and production who lived in Dunhuang from Tang Dynasty to the early Song Dynasty, are very useful for researches on philology, history, sociology, etc. Collection and Collation to Dunhuang Contractual Documents which is compiled by Sha Zhi and published by Jiangsu Ancient Book Press in 1998 , embodies the new production researching for Dunhuang contractual documents,and provides convenience to other scholars.But because of the difficulties of the transcriptions and explanations on Dunhuang contractual documents, there are some places that need continue to discuss. This thesis is based on Collection and Collation to the Dunhuang contractual documents. According to the photos of manuscripts,other scholar's thesis and other ancient documents, the author tries to correct some confusions of the original copy.Otherwise,there are a good many colloquial words and phrases in Dunhuang contractual documents,which not be explained in Collection and Collation to Dunhuang Contractual Documents.The thesis tries to explain these words and phrases , in order to provide some reference to other scholars.
