This article is divided into three parts, mainly recorded the survey, people and officials of Jiaozhou during Han Dynasty.The first part, the survey of Jiaozhou. Including the Geographical position, the establishment, the evolution and the related content.The second part, the officials of Jiaozhou. In order to rule Jiaozhou, the government sent out many officials to carry on the management moreover, the officials were mainly from Yangzhou and Jingzhou. The system of appointing and dismissing was different from the Central Plain. when they carried on the managements in Jiaozhou, different officials had different results because of their different behavours. This part inspects and analyzes their native places and actions.The third part, the people of Jiaozhou . Including people's names, actions and native places. From the histrical data, we can find the people of West Han Dynasty were different from East Han Dynasty. The number of people of West Han Dynasty was less, but the number of people of East Han Dynasty was greatly increased, the actions of people increased, because of the special Geographical position,jiaozhou was both the exilic place and the asylum, many exiles and people of seeking asylum lived in Jiaozhou. Their arrival also accelerated the development of Jiaozhou.The forth part, the main points are summed up.
