Chinese Traditional Culture And The Integration Of Project Management Research

There are deeply historical origins between Chinese traditional culture and project management. At present, facing the development trend of management culture, people transfer to research Chinese traditional culture again, because the connotation of Chinese traditional culture can offer ideal resources for growth of management culture in the new century. The project management can draw abundant nutrition from Chinese traditional culture, and to the modern explanatory note of traditional culture, can play a positive role in solving lots of important issues faced in modern management.This paper has carried on deep analysis on above-mentioned propositions, studied the question of the project management in terms of culture in our country, researched the conflicts of traditional culture and project management, and has summarized the characteristic of the project management in our country, and put forward and structured the project management culture idea based on organization of traditional culture, expecting to benefit the construction of the merging mode of traditional culture and project management. The paper, finally, has analyzed the influence on the project management of traditional culture and achievements gained, based on the case of Shandong province's utilization of a loan granted by the World Bank which helps to strengthen the irrigation in the agricultural project management.
