| The township culture construction is a major part of socialist spiritual civilization in our country. The success of township culture construction can greatly stimulate the crowd to construct a new socialist countryside. However, the development of culture industry in our country started late. The industrialized development of culture spread out in a wide range until the nineteen seventies and run in a rapid orbit with the policy to develop the third industry. Cultural activity is a kind of project, but is different from common project. Considered township culture features and current situation of township culture construction, the study analyzed and discussed how to put the theory and methods of project management into the construction of township culture, as to optimalize the quality, progress and cost, and to solve problems laid in township culture construction.Revolving around project management in township culture activities, the study discussed the application of project management in the construction of township culture, according to the theory of project management, the project management framework of township cultural activities, the implement and control of project, and practices through a case.Based on our study and analysis, we presented several conclusions as follows: First, the construction of township culture has risen to the strategic position in the development of the town. Nevertheless, in the new situation, the traditional administrative mode can’t adapt to the requirements of township cultural construction. Inducing new project administrative mode into township cultural activity has become a matter of great urgency. Second, there are many connections between township cultural construction and project management. It’s viable for the project management in township cultural activity. Third, the management of township cultural activity via project management can not only enhance the activity economic and social benefits, but also show its scientificity and prospect. |
