Confucius "benevolence" Reproduction Of The Aesthetic Sense

The thesis was mainly divided into four parts. The first part deals with the life of Confucius and his ideas of art, which gives an outline of him through"portrait of the teaching of Confucius". This part also includes a brief introduction to Confucius from aesthetic perspective, hoping to consider the series artists'aesthetic thoughts. The second part gives different perspectives to review the appearance and development of the portrait. It also introduced the portrait of colored cloth edition in Ming Dynasty. The third part mainly introduced the achievement of colored cloth edition. The fourth part deals with the inherence and the guidance of the portrait to descendents in thoughts and arts. The thesis tries to get valuable materials through the research and development of the portrait and further spread the excellent traditional Chinese culture and enhance the unity of Chinese nation. It can also enlarge the influence of Chinese culture and realize the revival of the nation. We are sure we can get further understanding from an artistic perspective.
