| Musical esthetic education (MEE) is an educational, ethetics-centered activity carried out through the medium of music. As an important part of quality education, it belongs to the field of artistic esthetics training. The basic function of MEE lies in shaping up the esthetic subject and bringing up individuals with a harmoniously developed personality. Harmony has always been an important concept in Chinese ideological history. It is a good wish, a universal conviction, and the persistent pursuit of beauty and morality.
