Leader In Speech Language Study

From the current situation of domestic and overseas research, during the past decades,leadership language has been studied from the perspective of language art only as a branch subject of leadership science.Few studies about leadership language have been conducted in the light of pragmatic theories.Leadership language is an important component of the social language,the research about which can help us to observe the panorama of the development of language,and it also can provide some enlightenment for the leader to carry out the leadership activities more effectively.On the other hand,the theories can be easily explaned if we put the related theories of Pragmatics into the research of Leadership language.With the past research results,we will analysis the leadership language from following aspects.Firstly,we will do some simple introduction about the research of leadership language in the exordium,which can help us to be clear about the purpose and significance, the current situation of domestic and overseas research, and the focus of this study.Then we will summarize the leadership language.in this part,we will explain the importance of speech language for the leader during the leadership activites start from the concept of lead and leader.and we also analysis the features of leadership language from te perspective of social roles expectations.Then we put the leadership language as a dynamic communication process,and conducte in-depth theoretical perspective to the leadership language with Speech Acts theory,Context theory,The Cooperative Principle and Tact Maxim in the light of pragmatic theories.and we also gave some samples after the research of the theories,to prove their practice situation and special performance in the leadership language.During the analysis,we use some related theories, such as Rhetoric, Verbal communication science and Fuzzy linguistics.Fanally,we discussed how to improve the leader's lever of speech start from the problem in the current leadership language.This study refrenced some theories of Leadership Science and did in-depth study on the actual investigation of the leadership language,to maximally get close to the leadership speech,and really understand the application situation and rule of leadership language.Nevertheless,many rising issues are still worth further investigating.For example,the formative cause and specific expression of leadership language,the difference and connection between the leadership speech language and leadership written language,and the application situation of fuzzy qualifiers in the leadership speech.These might be topics of further research.
