Dialect grammar academic research in recent years attracted more and more attention, but research has been uneven. This paper discusses the study of grammar of Jinan dialect, and there is still a great shortage in many respects. This paper will have Jinan dialect pronouns as a special topic to study. On the basis of her attempts through the modern system of Jinan dialect pronouns extensive field surveys, the author lasts a total of two levels of description, comparison and analysis, on the one hand to sum up a modern dialect pronouns in the form of grammatical function and pragmatic characteristics, the use of Jinan dialect pronouns'internal differences and surrounding areas'as well as the use of Putonghua's differences , have demonstrated the internal differences and the dialect affiliation between the dialects area; on the other hand to reveal nearly Ersanbainian Jinan dialect pronouns in the history of the development of the major changes, which Jinan dialect pronouns will face the dynamic development emerged. To make up for study since the founding of the Jinan dialect voice on the outcome of the imbalances in the proportion of excessive, the paper is mainly from the aspects of grammar and vocabulary of the Jinan dialect research pronouns system, in order to explore, comprehensive mining Jinan dialect value.The main research methods include :①Investigation. Use the Dialect word and Table Dialect word material, the dialect survey to find suitable cooperation, use a representative of the different site-specific pronoun in Jinan dialect survey to conduct analysis to be reliable first-hand ;②Example of law. Personal pronouns, as the terminology, is a system of categories, the frequency is very high in the use of dialect in Jinan. Speaking from the source, Jinan dialects retained many of the pronouns in Modern Chinese pronunciation and usage, such as "An"and "Zan" ,one syllable of the word is that the plural meaning to the traditional usage of the inheritance and development.2. Pronouns in Jinan dialect have strong system, and the instructions pronouns divide into "this" which refers to the last of the pronoun and "it" which refers to much of the pronouns, contain in two words considerable quantity, but also in the same direction object , the word is also used in the reciprocal.3. Modern Jinan dialect limits its number of pronouns, as the existence of the trend of gradually simplified, it is easy to learn and use. In order to facilitate the use of languages, Jinan dialect pronouns system will become more and more clear and concise that there is some good in the same concept unlike modern Chinese. It will retain some of the most appropriate, and the rest of the argument will gradually reduce the use of the frequency until the last disappear. In addition, the impact of Putonghua with the gradual broadening of Jinan dialect will gradually lose its comparative soil composition, voice, vocabulary and grammar on their side.
