Tianjin Cultural Industry Innovation Network Construction Studies

At present, Cultural Industry has become a 'sunrise industry'. The development of Cultural Industry decides a country or region's future development. Tianjin as one of the cities in Bohai Bay economic circle, the development of its Cultural Industry will play a pivotal role in the economic development of Tianjin, in Bohai Bay economic circle, and even in the national economic development. Accordingly, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to do research on the development of Tianjin Cultural Industry.With qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper puts the concept of innovation network into the research of Tianjin Cultural Industry for the first time in the related fields, which is one of this paper's innovations. Chapter I introduces related concepts and the classification of Cultural Industry, concept of Innovation Network, and also some related theory. Chapter II uses SWOT model to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to develop Tianjin Cultural Industry on the basis of analyzing the present situation of Tianjin Cultural Industry. Chapter III elaborates the necessity of speed the creation of Innovation Network of Tianjin Cultural Industry from perspective of both theory and practice. Chapter IV uses both Econometric Analysis and Time Series Analysis methods to make a quantitative prediction of the future development trend of Tianjin Cultural Industry, and then accordingly puts forward qualitative forecasting. On the basis of the former four chapters, Chapter V constructs the model of Tianjin Cultural Industry Innovation Network according to Tianjin Cultural Industry "11th Five-Year" development goals, and respectively introduces the construction of the main body and network nodes. Based on the model in the fifth chapter, Chapter VI specifically addresses the ways to realize Tianjin Cultural Industry Innovation Network.
