Psychosomatic Response Characteristics Of Township Hospitals Medical Staff And Its Correlation With Stress-related Factors Research

Objective:To explore the psychosomatic reaction characteristics and the relationship between psychosomatic reaction and stress related factors in the rural medical worker,and improve the psychological health level and the ways of intervention.Methods:360 rural medical workers were investigated with self-designed personality questionnaire and questionnaire of mental and social stress [include Stress Response Questionnaire(SRQ),Life Event Scale(LES), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)].The data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 by Pearson correlation analyzed,analysis of variance and stepwise linear regression analysis and so on.Results:1.Rural medical workers' mental health level pressure reaction total(61.55±22.62)is higher than that of the urban medical worker (60.02±21.75)and the general crowd(59.67±21.88),there is P significant difference(P＜0.01)between them.2.There are gender differences between LCU2,LCU3,LCU4,PC and SS; spans of age differences between SER,SR,LCU1,PC,SOF and SS;position differences between SER,SR and SOF;technique title differences between LCU3,SOF and SS;work year differences between SER,SR,LCU1,PC,SOF and SS;marriage differences between LCU4 and SS;education degree differences between SBR,LCU3 and PC between groups(all above P＜0.05-P＜0.001)in rural medical workers.3.There' s dependoblity between every factor of psychosomatic reaction,life event,the coping style,social support and its' total score,except for LCU4(P＜0.01-P＜0.001).4.Multiple regression analysis on stress response(SR)revealed that the following factors got into the equations one by one in order: negative coping style(NC),PC,LCU2,LCU1,support in family(SIF), LCU4,R~2=0.43.Conclusions:1,The mental health level pressure of rural medical workers is higher, especially the low age and low past service medical workers.The ones in clinical and nursing positon is higher than those who are administration or service workers in mental health level pressure reaction.2,There' s dependoblity between every factor of psychosomatic reaction,life event,the coping style and social support.3,Psychosomatic reaction of rural medical workers is mainly influented by negative coping style,also by positive coping style,life events and social support,but in lower degree.
