Recently, Spirituality has received more and more concerns in psychology,sociology,philosophy and religion, but there are still fewer researches in China. Generally, as the deepest living attitude for individuals, most researches have mentioned cognition, individual feelings and active factors and so on; but most researches in other countries are beginning their studies for the religion's points, which is different in China, so we could not modify their scale for our researches. Then, based on the related studies and the realistic situation in the Han nationality of China, this paper redefines the definition of spirituality for the Han national undergraduates of China, and advances the new model for spirituality, then develops t the Spirituality Scale of the Han national Undergraduates in China, and explores the effects of undergraduate spirituality on mood states. Results following:(1) The exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis all point: the spirituality scale of Chinese undergraduates is consisted of five dimensions, including daily life-goals, individual feelings, self-efficacy ,life-schedule, and active-volition, in which cognition including. It has clear structure, good reliability, and validity. It can be used to assess the spirituality for Chinese undergraduates.(2)Spirituality has significant effects on the mood states of undergraduates, the Spirituality has significant effects on the subparts of the mood states, including :Tension,Angen Fatigue,Depression,Vigor,Confusion.. Self-related emotions.(3)The subparts of spirituality scale all have individually significant effects on the different mood states. The subparts of spirituality: Self-efficacy and Life-schedule have significant effects on all subparts of mood states and overall mood states, other subparts of spirituality has different effects on different mood states.
