At present, China is a socialist in the great practice of building the rule of law in the process, the rule of law includes the building of the legislative, judicial, law-abiding, law, such as the realization of four stages. The rule of law is at the end of the realization that if there is no legal universal adherence to the goal of building the rule of law inevitably a Utopian. However, my situation is not optimistic abide by the law, failure to abide by the powers to suppress the law, substituting words, lax enforcement of impunity, money, departments struggle for power, and protection of local phenomena such as occur from time to time, and the party Central Committee by the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law is contrary to the strategy. The reason can be universal adherence to law, the most fundamental is the main law-abiding from the law-abiding internal consciousness, this inherent consciously put into law within a generally accepted moral standards and ethics, this research is ethical and law-abiding. The subject of ethics to law-abiding, law-abiding first start with the definition of the main focuses on the many law-abiding citizens and the main part of the government and secondly from the unsatisfactory status quo of China's law-abiding, law-abiding ethics on the formation of the positive significance of the rule of law, law-abiding Ethics on the importance of the realization of the value of three aspects of the law-abiding Ethics Research on the necessity of abiding by the law then discusses in detail the ethics of four aspects: legal obligations and abide by the statutory rights advocates the unification of the law in a positive and negative change the law, rational and law-abiding law-abiding emotional harmony, "illegal draconian" law-abiding inspiration and finally individual citizens from two perspectives, and to explore the ethical form of a law-abiding path.
