It was a historical period in 1930s and 1940s when a national contradiction was rising to the principal one in Chinese society . Chinese women, who had been caught in small living space for several thousand years, firstly went into the broad society. It was a process that women went out of their families, experienced the war and achieved national identity. Family, country and war were undoubtedly important social places which women had experienced or were experiencing in this process. So what great impacts did family, country and war have on the women in this time? Did women conflict with family ,country and war? The female writers group in 1930s and 1940s was concerned about these problems by their imagination of family ,country and war for women's sensibility to their situation. The control of family forced women to leave it, the war improved women's ability to survive while it brought many kinds of injuries to them, and the country in the wartime had given women wider living space ,but it also deepened the social inequality for women. This paper thinks that it is a unique contribution which reflects women's sexual situation in 1930s and 1940s to the works of modern female writers. On the one hand, it shows the unchanged men-centre community. On the other hand, it shows the society in 1930s and 1940s how to function as a driving force to women's lives.
