Beiyinyangying Site is located in Ningzhen area. Xuejiagang site in Qianshan is located in the southwest of the Anhui province. Gushan site in Wuxue is located in the east of Hubei province. If viewed through the Yangtze River, these three Neolithic sites which are nearly the same, are all long and narrow plain regions that are along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. They have the same geography environment. The relics in Xuejiagang and Gushan sites have a lot of similar factors, and it also has the commons with Beiyinyangying in Ningzhen area. So the archeology problems of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are organically connected. The change processes of Neolithic relics in the Xuejiagang and Gushan have diversified characteristics. These phenomenons provide the important clues for discussing the culture relation of these three sites.Nowadays, the research about interaction of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River which is from the ancient relics data are few. Then with the declaration of the data of the three sites in recent years, it provides the conditions for the further research. According to the above reasons, this text compares and analyses many aspects such as the natural geography environment, the systems and the customs of the burying, and the typical artifacts. And it uses the means of archeology typology and the methods of analysis of culture factors, manages the separate development grains and the form regulations of the typical artifacts, reveals these same or similar culture factors, in order to have the more specific and deep going understanding of the phenomenon of the spread and the communication of the archeology cultures in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the Neolithic Age.
