| From the first movie "Reservoir Dog" directed by Quentin Tarantino, the marginalized person images, the game type aesthetics of violence and the postmodern narrative strategy displayed in his movie have actually led the 1990s movie's trend. Although he displays the violence and the death vigorously, the direct-viewing stimulation which the violence brings was weaken by the humorous words and righteous characters. Although he is accustomed to deconstruct his movie with rebelling and subverting mainstream structure, he never lost the audience as a result of using pioneer techniques overly, on the contrary, he became the representative personage of aesthetics of violence and the independent movies.This paper mainly contains three parts: the foreword, the main text and the conclusion. The foreword is focused on introducing the present research situations of Quentin Tarantino and the general framework of the main text. The main text includes three aspects: the movie character image, the narrative content and the narrative strategy. The first part is about the marginalization character image in violence, the author divides the character into two kinds: the righteous fiend refers to tyrannical male with humanity and the goddess of vengeance refers to these female who were insulted and injured by the violence, both of them are serving for the violence. The second part is about the black narrative content that studies the game type violence and the non-boding death. Quentin Tarantino prefers to read the violence which between the faction battle from game's angle, the serious death also let the Quentin Tarantino dispels with the playing life values and the death philosophy. The third part emphatically analyzed the postmodern narrative strategy with four aspects, such as resolves the fixed type, rebels against the mainstream narrative mode, rejects the morals evaluation, permeates the popular cultural and innovates the art of spoken expression.
