Jiangsu Province Higher Vocational Education Music Education And Research

Presently, it is a new issue to undertake music teaching for non-music majors in occupational colleges. This thesis, based on investigations and interviews, tends to seek out the more suitable system of teaching music in occupational colleges with regard to the current situations related. Thus, a new development of music teaching might be achieved which enables the comprehensive improvement of all students.This thesis is combined of four integrated parts. In the first part, the issue is put forward and relative settled research and the way of study are introduced. In the second part, the current situations of music teaching in occupational colleges are stressed. In the third part, an investigation and interviews to four colleges in Jiangsu province are made, around which a deep analysis and research is made to probe into the current situations of leaning, teaching and the staff formation. In the concluding part, after summarizing the purpose of music teaching, the thesis demonstrates the author's suggestions and solutions to cover the respective problems in music teaching..
