Flash Animation On The Traditional Theme Of The Performance Characteristics Of Study

Since the 20th century, animation art has been burgeoning. With computers and digital technology getting access to families, a new form of animation–flash animation began to play an important role in people's daily lives. And Internet has become the major media for the spreading of flash animation. It also finds its way into other media like television and mobile phones, which caters to the needs of young people.National culture embodies the history of all ethnicgroups in the development of its creation, and it also represents the national characteristics of this culture. National culture is the major channel through which ethnic cultural heritage of national characteristics are retained, and so is the continuity of the national spirit. Facing a new era and culture media environment, national culture needs to find a new carrier to produce a new vitality, and is thus accepted by the modern heritage. Traditional theme has been an important part of the national culture. It is also facing an urgent need of being spread and transmitted. Flash animation is a new transmission vector with strong characteristic of the times.Compared with traditional animation, it has unique advantages in technology and communication when it is applied to the expression of the traditional theme.In the process of rapid development of the traditional themes, flash animation constantly explores the breadth and depth of its expression, and tries to adopt technical innovation. The study of flash animation in China in the aspect of traditional theme is fragmented and lack corresponding theoretical guidance and systematic combination.This paper begins with the illustration of the purposes and meanings of the combination of flash animation and the characteristics of traditional themes. And then it explores its form and contents, its thinking and the development of flash expression of traditional themes in the global environment under the status quo. The paper attempts to approach China's flash animation and the traditional themes from the development of the combination of theory and practice. Hopefully the paper can contribute to the basic research of animation featuring the traditionalthemes in the environment of new media.
