Shanghai Biennale has no longer been a simple art activity gradually. This research is trying to set the 2006 Shanghai Biennale as an example, exposing the process of its significance construction. The research will firstly make a Curator Decision Analysis by Pair-wise Comparison (the first part of the analytic hierarchy process, AHP), and then, with the perspective of Content Analysis and Framing Mode, it will construct the significance of 2006 Shanghai Biennale from the media side. Finally, there will be a comparison of the analysis results above. The factors of the significance construction will be summed. The research will aslo try to find the reasons of the differences and similarities during the construction process of curators and media so as to make sure who was the dominator of 2006 Shanghai Biennale. |
