| "Intertextuality" theory was proposed on the basic of modern linguistics, but has not been used to explain the specific linguistic phenomenon yet. Although the analysis of discourse profoundly reveals the formation process, but it has been faced with many difficulties. Therefore, this paper from the horizon to start with rhetorical structure (RST) theory, Discusses the intertextuality of the News Text.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter reviews the text and discourse on news background. The second chapter describes the text of each other theory, the text of the news among the most outstanding characteristics of discourse, the paper described the purpose of the study and ideas. Third chapters, papers in the horizon and rhetorical structure of the theory on the basis of a detailed analysis and concluded.
