At present, adverb teaching is the most difficult obstacle of Chinese foreign teaching. There are many reasons: fistly, Chinese is very complicated; secondly, the object of teaching is so special; last, the teaching method is expected to be improved, which is in relation to the design of teaching content, the arrangment of textbook, and the potentiality of teachers for teaching. The last is the most important one. The adverb teaching is the necessary part for the process of Chinese foreign teaching, it plays an important role in the study of Chinese. Although adverb occupies a little proportion in the vocubulary of Chinese, we can not ignore their function.In the process of vocabulary teaching, we should not merely take care for the meaning of adverbs, but also pay more attention to telling their diffrence in the grammar.Although many adverbs seem to be the same in meaning, their usages are greatly different on the contrary. If we could not tell the differences between them, it is too difficult for us to grasp. Many teachers or textbooks are short of the ability in telling the differences so that the students are disled. The arrangment of textbooks for explaining similar adaverbs mainly adopts the method that explains one adverb with another, and explain their diffrences so mechanically, which gives us less authenticity.All in all, the method of adverbs teaching is so simple that it simplized the differences between the similar adverbs.We will deeply discuss the problems above through taking the yilv and yigai for example from the same time and the past time, and explain their differences rationally. The purpose we do so is that making more rationality for adverb teaching, enabling teachers to be more powerful, and making students more ability to understand.We will take the combination of the same time and the past time for the study of similar adverbs, break the old methods that study the adverbs only from the same time or the lasted. The combination is not simple but crossed, we can dare to say that the analysis of the same time provides the tings that can be studied for the past time, but the analysis of the past time can prive the same time with rational proofs. They combine with each other, and incoporate into one, which blaze a new way to understand and tell the adverbs. That is the big brightness of my paper. Certainly, there are many little brightness in my paper.The paper can be subdivided in to five parts. Charpter 1 mianly talkes about the situation of similar adverb, and point out the defects of it. Chapter 2 reveals deeply the semantics, the syntax and the language uses of the "yilv " and "yigai " from the angle of the same time throgh utilizing grammar "three planes" theory. Charpter 3, 4 mianly discusses the diffrences between yilv and yigai in the meaning and grammar from the combination of the lasted time and same time, and then analyses the reasons for weaking of them, meanwhile we seek more useful things for adverb teaching through analysing the differences between them. Charpter 5 mainly discusses the enlightened things for adverb teaching, and study of adverbs.The importance of my paper is that how to apply the studied fruits to the adverb teaching, and explain something that can not be dealt with in "the same time", which can make adverb teaching more rational and make teachers easier to get much ability .of teaching in Chinese.
