Research From Innovative Thinking In Organization Theory, As The Threshold

With the rapid development of knowledge economy nowdays in the world, innovation has gradually turned into the main power and the important source of the development of economy and society. However innovative thought is the key factor during the course of innovation. The intrinsic operation mechanism in innovative thought and its evolution are similar to the self-organization in the evolvement process of complex systems.The author of this thesis holds that the self-organization as the core of system theory bears certain relevancy with the intrinsic operation in innovative thought, which is to say that innovative thought exists as a system. According to the dissipative structure theory, the self-organized evolution of every system requires certain basic conditions. As for innovative thought system, it also has all conditions that required by the operation of self-organization of itself as follows: the open system, the state far away from equilibrium, nonlinear interaction and stochastic fluctuation. This illustrates to a degree the intrinsic relevancy between innovative thought and self-organization and proves further that it is feasible to explore the inner operation of innovative thought.The main body of this thesis applies the self-organization theory to explain the individual operation and social operation mechanism of innovative thought. In this thesis, the operation process of the inner self-organization of individual innovative thought consists of several phases as follows: information input under the open conditions, emergence of the information under the state far away from the normal thought equilibrium, thought fluctuation trigged by nonlinear interactions, emergence of the thought trigged by fluctuation as well as the formation and output of the complete and orderly structure of the innovative thought. This thesis applies three of the four mechanisms pertaining to self-organization to analyze and demonstrate each of the five phases, which are the non-equilibrium mechanism, the self-stability mechanism and the emergence mechanism. This thesis uses the selecting evaluation mechanism of the four mechanisms mentioned above to make a discussion on the social operation mechanism of the innovative thought and makes a demonstration on it based on the interactions between the self-organization and hetero-organization.The end part of this thesis sets forth the realistic significance of the study on the self-organization movement of innovative thought.This thesis makes a thorough study on the process of innovative thought based on the self-organization theory and illustrates that most of inspirations and sudden-lights are not determined by the subjective will. It is such the thinking feature which is complicated, self-organized and seemed to have no laws to follow that makes the world so colorful and treacherous. The study on the innovative thought pertaining to self-organization theory may enable human to be more confident in innovating, make people grasp further the laws of self-organization movement of the social thinking activities and abide by consciously the laws of innovative thinking activities, thus creating more and greater scientific discoveries and promoting the development of the human society.This thesis consists of six parts.The preface makes a brief introduction on the background, methods and intentions of the study in this thesis.The first part of the text discusses the definition of innovative thought and its historical school, which determines the definition of the innovative thought and discusses the essential characteristics of it.The second part of the text makes a discussion on the relevance between self-organization theory and innovative thought, which introduces the basic principles of self-organization theory and its evolution and states the significance of the study on self-organization.This part attaches great importance to the analysis on the relevance of the self-organization operation of innovative thought from the points of view of the system characteristics and self-organization operation conditions of the innovative thought.As the main body of this thesis, the third part of the text applies the self-organization theory and the four operation mechanisms pertaining to self-organization to make a new theoretic discussion on the self-organization operation mechanism of individual innovative thought system and innovative thought social system. Furthermore, it creatively introduces the comprehensive effects of self-organization and hetero-organization on the innovative thought social system.The fourth part of the thesis sets forth the realistic significance of the study on the self-organization movement of innovative thought. The comprehension on the operation mechanism of the innovative thought self-organization can promote the optimization of individual innovative thought-namely fostering the openness of individual thought and the criticism of the thought and giving the full play to the logical falsification, which can also facilitate the innovative thought to be transformed to practice and promote the development of human society.Based on the brief summary on the views in this thesis, the conclusion part sets forth further some social problems existing in reality and expresses the author's wish for finding perfect answers to those problems by the study in this thesis.
