In its hundred-year's development of Modern Chinese poetry, there is a wide range of issues, such as the confrontation between the "rhyme" and "liberal" of the poetry forms; and the conflict of the so-called "intellectuals writing" and "folk" writing about the poet identity. These problems generally show a form of dualism, which mostly took place in the original period of the poetry's development, so these problems can be called "the questions of the occurrence of new poetry". And the explanation of these issues, besides its own value, will also have historic significance. In the last century, before and after 1930s, Feiming, whose original name is Fengwenbing, had already thought about these issues, and got a lot of important achievements.Feiming is a well-known novelist and poet in the history of the Modern Chinese Literature, whose novels and poetry has especially earned widespread respect. However, the value of his poetics has been ignored for a long time, though there is still more space for us to explore. In the basis of previous studies, we analyze Feiming's poem and poetics, in order to find out the whole value of Feiming's poetics, and then we place it in the background of the history of Modern Chinese Poetry to reveal the significance, in the most extent and correlation ,which relates to the establishment of the noumenon of the New Poetry. All those are helpful to show the historical sequence of the New Poetry systematically, and they can also create newer and more meaningful conclusion about the various problems which we have encountered in the past. In addition, it will also have a reference value to the future development of the Modern Poetry. The article is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, it analyzes the creation of Feiming by close reading. In the second chapter, it interprets the important works by Feiming, "Poetry Lecture", from the criticism as postscript, the richness of poetics, the selecting of poems in terms of standard. In the third chapter, we extract the main value of the Feiming's poetics in the basis of the previous two chapters, in the meaning and tactics of the new poetry, creation and poet identity of the new poetry, and poetic qualities. Fourth chapter, we take the history of the development of new poetry as a background to explain the significance of poetry ontology construction of Feiming's poetics.
