Individual Differences And Correlation Study Of Oral Teaching

Individual difference has recently been the focus of academic interest and the research on the relationship between teaching and individual difference has been increasingly known to the scholars. It has turned out the objective of language teaching is about to foster and develop the potentials of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation. However, the traditional education laid a particular emphasis on reading and writing while listening and speaking haven't gained due attention. Nowadays, with the development of economy, the communicative ability has gradually become the principal objective of education. Therefore, it is of great importance to improve the quality and effect of oral language teaching.The thesis, from the standpoint of individual differences, has conducted a research through questionnaires on the relationship between individual difference and oral language teaching in which the individual difference has come into being with its embodiment, constraints and influence on oral language teaching. In the meantime, enlightenment and suggestions have been proposed through a profound investigation of the correlation regarding oral language teaching and individual difference.
