During the second language acquisition course, learners will be subject to physiological factors, cognitive factors and emotional factors, This article is to pay attention to emotional factors on the studying strategy and acquisition effect. First, the learner's own emotional factors, including attitudes, motivation, personality, self-esteem and other positive factors--- play a role in promoting, but also including anxiety, self-inhibiting effect of such negative factors . Followed by emotional factors of teachers, including teachers personality , teaching motivation and so on. There are also emotional factors in the process of learners interacting with others, including the teacher-student interaction and feelings generated by the learners in natural language learning environment when interacting with others. In addition to this paper were also concerned about the effect of these factors on learner strategies, and propose a number of practical learning and teaching methods, Learners and teachers should guide their own emotional adjustment time to cultivate a positive mood, suppress negative emotions, the teacher should be adept at a variety of teaching methods to mobilize students'interest, the student response to each period to adjust teaching program.
