This article examines the question of how psychological resilience and daily positive emotions influence the experience of negative emotions in times of stress.Participants are randomly select from the Shenzhen University,these 30 university students are preparing for the entrance exams for postgraduate schools.Through investigate the sample of university students who under the stress of entrance exams for postgraduate schools,with the multilevel sample method,we successful build the multilevel model.Through multilevel data analysis,we found the positive emotion and psychological resilience can serves to moderate stress reactivity and mediate stress recovery,we also found the interaction between them.We got the inclusion as follows:Positive emotion can weaken the connection between stress and negative emotion,when the positive emotion add,the connection between stress and negative emotion will reduce.Positive emotion can make the speed of stress-recovery fast,in another word,the positive emotion have the long term influence on the stress-recovery.Psychological resilience can adjust the relationship between negative emotion and stress, when psychological resilience add,the connection between negative emotion and stress will weaken.Positive emotion's recovery influence on negative emotion is relevant to psychological resilience,when positive emotion add,the connection between positive emotion and negative emotion will weaken.Through further investigate,we found that:Under the high-stress environment,psychological resilience and positive emotion have the interaction effect.Under the low-stress environment,psychological resilience and positive emotion have the interaction effect.
