Content:The ShiJi written by Sima Qian created all sorts of historical figures and historical events in his works which created a history of stylistic and historical criticism and shown the perspective of human society and care of human. There are a lot of people to study his works in Successive dynasties. Before Tang dynasty, scholars mainly concerned on the codification of style of Sima Qian's book, The ShiTong by Liu Zhiji is the first systematic works of Historiography and there is no lack of literary perspective to Shiji. The Classical Chinese campaign of Tang Dynasty promote down-to-earth and oppose extravagant style of writing, scholars of Tang Dynasty put Shiji as a Literature model. To Song Dynasty, It has been a common practice to research Shiji from Literary Perspective, The Differences between Ma and Ban by Ni Si can be regarded as the first systematic comparative study of biographical Literature. Study of ShiJi in dynasties of Yuan, Ming and Qing mainly reflected in the comment which is Closely integrated with the historical Literature. the comment of Qing Dynasty has a gradual transformation to the macro study based on Ming Dynasty. Wu Jiansi and other scholars began to pay attention to Shi Ji from perspective of the Evolutionary literature. Li Jingxing achieve his book "Records of the Historian thesis," in the succession of Wu Jiansi which made an analysis and exposition from the author's keynote intention, evaluation of historical figures, use of historical materials, and the similarities and differences between the books, the chapter of its own structure to research of a word, a sentence and times and places. Here attempt explore from the perspective of literary criticism.The first part of this article will make a brief introduction of Li Jingxing who is people of Bi country of ShanDong province in the end of Qing Dynasty, named ZiYuan and XiaoHuang, he is intelligent and has excellent memory, he is knowledgeable not only familiar with history, but also for his poetry, Gough, opera, novels have knowledge of astronomy, geography, anecdotes. " Review of Shi Ji" is a comment Literature, Part I also introduced the comment related to the research literature in order to Clear thinking.The second part of this paper is to introduce the methods of criticism, in the comment process, Li Jingxing use of the method of literary criticism consciously or unconsciously. This part Summed up Evaluation method of hours of criticism for "Review of Shi Ji" as three points based on the idea of Mr. Zhang Bowei.The third part is main of this article, Li Jingxing focus on Significance of history books under the influence of the new historians, and textual criticism is according to decrease. At the same time, as an excellent writer in the end of the Qing Dynasty, review of Literature is important part in his book. This part carry out a detailed analysis from the collation, verification, chapter structure to writing, codification of style and literary. As an excellent writer, Li Jingxing is insightful to material organization, structure, plot settings of Shi Ji and can pointed out defection of materials organizations of Sima Qian. However, it is a long time from " Review of Shi Ji" has been published ,it is neglected except cited in the writings of some scholars and mentioned briefly in some Summative articles, there is no single papers no more than systematic research, this article will explore on evaluation methods and their content of criticism,and Hopefully, this artcle for "Review of Shi Ji" to arouse the concern of other scholars.
