There were two basic arguments in the historical nihilism movement, which we can treat the history nihilism of Stalin period, Khrushchev period and Gorbachev period as political movement in Soviet Union period of the Russia, that is, Useless history theory or Perfect history theory, and History—choosing theory. From an ideological legitimacy point of view, the Body of communist ideological legitimacy of the most extreme form, which was took by the Soviet Communist Party, leaded to a direct result of the Stalin period of the historical nihilism movement, and in the era of Khrushchev, the movement was a reaction of the previous period. Precisely, was the inevitable outcome of the conductions, which was took by the Soviet Communist Party Central Committee, which was headed by Khrushchev, that is, abandoned the legality of the construction of ideology and relax the ideological control. The historical nihilism in the period of Gorbachev, on the one hand, was the result of the negative process of self-reinforcing. On the other hand, was the consequence of The Soviet Communist Party headed by Gorbachev abandoned legitimacy of communist ideology and sought outside legitimacy support. The three historical periods of the historical nihilism movement had a superimposed effect on the legitimacy of the Soviet Communist Party's ruling, that is to say, the former destroyed the latter.
