Content: The thesis contains 2 chapters: The first chapter mainly dealing with comments, The second its theories. And I hope, by this much-layer-way, I can make a complete analysis on it.The first chapter------the comments. It mainly involves 3 aspects: figules of speech, stories, andpersons. For the speech, it can be stratified into 3 layers------chapters syntax and words, which isstudied in 2 sides: first, an analysis of comment perspective; second, the achievements in the speech gained from the original Shi Ji. And the more details are as following: chapters—its covertness andovertness. Syntax------the structures and length of sentences, words——the open and the close ones.For the stories, they contain 3 features: the balanced structures, the excellent plots, and the rich imagination and by 3 traits: the major personality, the vividness, and the replacement between "xu" and "shi". Among them, the striking minor plots just demonstrates a flavour of creative merits.The second part------theories. This part is mainly featured by lots of comparisions and contrasts,such as the comparisions among varied works on Shi Ji, and the contrasts in comments among Shi Ji, exam-orientated works, and novel.Compared with the comment works on Shi Ji, Shi Ji Lun Wen just manifests 2 merits in the theory system. First the reinforcement of comment theory, which contains 2 points: first, the enforcement of chapter system; second the extra comments on syntax and words.Second, reference of the theories on novel comment involving 2 aspects------first, moreintroduction and successful altering. Second less in number, with both advantages and disadvantages. And, the reinforcement of comment system is a traditional way, however, the introduction of novel theories is just a manifestation of innovation. It is these 2 merits that make Shi Ji Lun Wen outshine other comment works with its completion, vividness and powerfulness.In short, the thesis draws a conclusion that Shi JI Lun Wen serves a transitional role in the Shi Ji's comment developing. To be more specific: for the comments on Shi Ji in Min Dynasty, Shi Ji Lun Wen demonstrated an absorbing spirits, and on the basis of the traditional ways, it further make these achievements much more specific and concrete. For the ones in Qin Dynasty, it adopted, after the professor Jin Sheng tan, the novel's theories, making several innovative comments on the narration, persons in Shi Ji, building a complete comment frame with speech, narration and persons, and before the introduction of western theories, like the tragic aesthetics, the study of Shi Ji just attached more emphasis on this perspective.
