Our cultural industry has made in great progress in recent years.In many areas,it has become a new growth point of in the local economy. We put a lot of manpower and financial on it.Meanwhile, Cultural Industry Promotion Plannings were put in many areas, in order to promote a new round of growth of cultural industries. From a large range of all areas, the cultural industry size and growth rates are relatively prominent in Yangtze River Delta.But, regional cultural industry as a whole is not so obvious . Regional cultural industry as a whole, there is still much room for development.Industry convergence is a new form of industrial organization and industrial development patterns, it has brought a new model of industrial development. Industry convergence is r on the basis of the mature industy,higher level of science and technology,relatively loose government controlling as well as updating on the concept of the whole society. Through the integration of development, not only to promote industrial upgrading,integrate of a new form of industry,But also bring both sides more economic effect and social effect. from the the development of cultural industries in Yangtze River Delta, it has the elements to promote industrial integration and in the new round of the process of development of cultural industries, it is feasible and Necessary to convergence the Regional cultural industry .In this paper, the industrial convergence of theory and practice of the Yangtze River Delta development of cultural industries were put in together, From the industrial convergence point of view to develop cultural industries on the Yangtze River Delta. It analysis the integration of regional cultural industry from the effect of integration,driving mechanism,convergence level,model of convergence inside and outside the industry. Combined with industry convergence in the theory of the model of CHESS, It gives further argument from the five strategic point of view of the convergence to develop cultural industry. And gives suggestions from various points of the convergence of cultural industries in promoting the development of the Yangtze River Delta.In the the development of industry convergence, the supporting from Government's policy,enhancing the awareness of cultural enterprises as well as scientific and technological advances throughout the region all are the final effects .
