Over a hundred years, the field of psychological counseling school buildings, and methods varied. Although different theories have different advice based on the objectives and means, but they are more consistent with that of the visitors by raising the level of self-awareness to achieve the purpose of mental health. In other words, self-awareness and mental health are closely related. Most studies will be used as a method of self-awareness, self-awareness that can promote psychological health. It does not take into account the characteristics of their own visitors. Fenigstein establishment in 1975, equivalent to the self-consciousness scale, the self-consciousness as a personality trait, is divided into internal self-awareness and the public self-consciousness in two parts.Subsequent research, from the high and low level of internal self-awareness and self-consciousness of the way the public dimension of the individual study of the characteristics of information processing. This study investigated the private self-consciousness and public self-consciousness of the double-high group and double-low group of evaluative information and emotional features of information processing.
