With the progress of teacher specialization, there is special requirement and connotation for the specialization of Chinese teacher, who is one group of teacher. Today's situation is that the cultivated students of Chinese Education Specialty in normal university consists of the main source of Chinese teacher in our country, which makes the specialty inevitably takes the burden of the cultivation of Chinese teachers.By sending questionnaires to the Chinese teachers who are in experience of advising intern students, the article investigates the adaptation of the students of Chinese Education Specialty in internship. With some work cases, the problems of normal university in cultivation are identified with the causes of it found out. On the basic of consideration about specialized cultivation of Chinese teacher, the article further discusses the solution of improving the cultivation of students of Chinese Education Specialty in normal university.In the first part of the article, author indicates the requirement and connotation of Chinese teacher specialization in background of teacher specialization and points out some specific missions that Chinese Education Specialty in normal university should complete.In the second part, author analyzes the adaptation of students of Chinese Education Specialty in normal university to Chinese teacher specialization by questionnaire investigation.There is a survey on gaps between the cultivation of students of the major in our college and the requirement of Chinese teacher specialization with the experience of study and practice. Author also analyzes the objective cause and the bottleneck of it.In the third part, from the context of the attribute of Chinese education and that of Chinese teacher, author thinks of the cultivation of Chinese teacher specialization in normal university from the aspect of theory so as to seek the solution.In the forth part, author discusses the solution of improving the cultivation of students of Chinese Education Specialty from the aspect of practice in the perspectives of creation of atmosphere, enhancement of curriculum setting, frequently connection with highschool.
