In these few years, it has been reported several times by media that the relationship between teachers and students is not seems to be harmonious. With the advocate of people-oriented idea, to enhance teachers', especially junior middle school teachers', psychological health education plays an important role in junior middle school students'development in psychological health, those who are in the crucial moment of psychological development. Many researchers had done great amount of studies to discover the status, reasons, and the improvements for the psychological problem of teachers and students. But their reports only have poor contents, too much repeat and especially have less reasearch in junior middle school teachers as single object and the relativity between teachers' and students' mental health.So,this research made an investigation to the teachers and students in 3 junior middle schools in Ganzhou Jiangxi. This research also studies the relativity of them, in order to rise the directions, effectiveness and the scientific knowledge of political education.This research use"SCL-90 psychological test list"to have a survey of psychological health condition with in 408 students and 106 teachers in 3 middle schools in Ganzhou and have a discussion between their relativity, and got the conclusion as blew:1.The mental health conditions of the junior middle school teachers are below the average level of the mental health condition of common people in the country, the mental health conditions of female teachers are not as good as male teachers'. The mental health conditions of junior middle school teachers in grade two are worse than those in grade one and grade three.2.The overall mental health conditions among the students in junior middle school is good while it still has a 27.7% of problematic issues which is not pleasing and should not be ignored. Female students have worse mental health condition than male students. It is more frequent to have obsessive compulsive disorder symptoms in grade two than in grade one and grade three.3.To some extent, the sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, and paranoia are the significant inducements of the mental problems of junior students. The horror and paranoia are the two main factors that could be taken as the indicator to predict the conditions of students' mental health; while the other factors (including the sleeping condition and diet condition) are the efficient indicator to predict the students' corporal and anxiety condition.So this research give some advice for reference on teachers, students and school:1.Teachers should learning positively to get the knowledge of psychology in order to advance psychological health level, handle self correctly, establish healthy relationship and harmonious family, and become good friend and teacher of the students.2.Middle school students should grasp some methods to adjust their mood and psychology, give self some positive psycho-suggest, arrange time reasonable, write some note everyday, and make some close friends to help develop and grow healthily.3.School should pay great attention on the education and training of psychological health, arrange schedule and environment with scientific technique. Enhance teachers'psychological health level to assure student develop happily and healthily.
