As quality education innovator, new curriculum reform, the teachers can influence on students through subject knowledge and practical teaching management to achieve, and teachers' personality traits and psychological health can also produce exerts a subtle influence on students. Determine the specificity of the teaching profession,the teachers must have better psychological quality and personality traitsthan the common people. The face of the full implementation of quality education, basic education reform going forward, increasing work pressure of teachers, various psychological issues are also increasingly prominent. Early scholars more focused on the psychological health of students, teachers' psychological health problems did not cause enough attention, the research of teachers' psychological health is extremely weak.By researching the middle school teachers' work family conflict, psychological capital and psychological health, this study analysis middle school teachers in these three areas of characteristics, reveal the relationship among work family conflict, psychological capital and psychological health, and accordingly for the school administrators and teachers to make appropriate recommendations to reduce the level of middle school teachers work family and conflict increased the level of psychological health.This study selected 216 high school teachers, used questionnaires of teachers' work family conflict, psychological capital and psychological health as research tools ,and through product-moment correlation and regression analysis showed that:(1) Middle school teachers' work family conflict, psychological capital and psychological health in some demographic variables were significantly different. Gender, education background, professional title and marital status variables have no significant differences in work-family conflict. Marital status variables in the family - work conflict are significant different, educational background variables in psychological capital has significant differences, marital status variables in psychological health is significant different.(2) Middle school teachers' work family conflict, psychological capital and psychological health have significantly negative correlation. Family-work conflict on psychological health dimensions have a significant negative predictor while the work-family conflict on psychological health dimensions have no significant predictor. When experiencing higher families-work conflict, the individual tend to conflict due to family reasons, such as family relationships and family members, led to a lower level of their psychological health.When experiencing higher work-family conflict, the individual tends to be attributed to work reasons, will not result in significant psychological psychological impact.(3) The dimensions and overall psychological capital are both have very significant positive correlation with psychological health. Optimistic hope gratitude has very significant positive effect on psychological health. And overall psychological capital also has very significant positive effect on psychological health. The individual has higher level of hope and optimism, thanksgiving dedication and psychological capital, can keep positive psychological state, also can more experience to positive emotions, their psychological more healthily.(4) Optimistic hope play a significant dramatic regulatory role in the family-work conflict and psychological health. However, overall psychological capital and forge ahead, tough tenacious, brave and self-confidence, tolerance forgiveness, humility sincerity steady, thanksgiving dedication, respect for comity does not regulate between work family conflict and psychological health. As families-work conflict level enhancement, optimistic hope have significant regulatory role on psychological health. individuals with high levels of optimistic hope experience to the family - work conflict tend to conflict attributed to external, temporary, and uncontrollable factors. such as a temporary increase of family responsibilities that affected the normal work rather than attribute them to their own lack of capacity, This individual will not reduce the negative emotions resulting psychological health.
