"Ta Kung Pao" played an important role in anti-foot binding. Surveying 1902 to 1911 by paper on "Ta Kung Pao" about the anti-foot binding of information, the mass media strategy was the key to success. "Ta Kung Pao" first put forward against foot binding,which because of doing harm to the feet of women themselves and the country,That were not conducive to public opinion and opened out of official order to promote, So the gentry and the people were get together to put into the differential treatment, focusing on the future of anti-foot binding prescription. "Ta Kung Pao" in the foot of public opinion reflected the following communication strategies:First, using the vernacular of language,which can provide more space for public discourse for the mass media.Second, through social organizations, which fully interactived with media,That made the mass media into practice. Third, using traditional culture,which fit the national psychology,that enhanced the mass media call to turn to action. Last, with the help of official authority, The mass media appealed strong,which can make a effective enforcement practice. In my opinion, The Foot of the attention and influence in Ta Kung Pao, in essence,was the press in-depth reality affecting society embodies.
