This article wants to summarize the achievements and discuss the flaw in Wang Yinzhi's Xungu methods according to the Maoshi section in Jing Yi Shu Wen. And the author also attempts to investigate the contribution and impact of Jing Yi Shu Wen Mao Shi in today's study on The Book of Songs through watching the absorption and application of Wang Yinzhi's research results in later scholium.This paper is divided into three chapters except preface and conclusion.The first chapter is Jing Yi Shu Wen and Current Study Situation, which is divided into two parts, one introducing this book and the other describing study situation on Jing Yi Shu Wen in academic field.The second chapter is The Mao Shi Shu Wen in Jing Yi Shu Wen, which is also divided into two parts. One is about the relationship between Wang Yinzhi's research results in Jing Yi Shu Wen and his father Wang Niansun's academic achievements,and then describe the related research of Maoshi in Jing Yi Shu Wen. The other is generalizing the characteristics and methods of Xungu in Mao Shi Shu Wen.The third chapter is Investigating Mao Shi Shu Wen's Contribution and Impact to Shijing Study from the Later Scholium, which is the focus of this paper. Through analyses of "postive examples" and "examples under argument" in Mao Shi Shu Wen, we'll discuss its interpretational achievements on The Book of Songs, as well as the take of current scholars from it, and also bring a little own considerations to the Mao Shi Shu Wen.
