The vocalise op.34, no.14. is written by Sergey Vasilyevich Rakhmaninov and is a very famous concert vocalization. It wins a high admiration by its smooth and grazioso melody. For this reason, numerous musicians used it for concert performance. Comparing the vocalise with the general accepted etudes in vocality teaching and training (some of them may be coupled with the musicians all their life), the vocalization from the textbook and the vocal solo or parts of the opera with. Several differences between them need to be point out through my practice of the vocalise.On one hand, the purpose of the vocality practice is different. On the other hand, the value of performance and academic significance are displayed throughout the vocality teaching and acting, to a great extent.How to understand and act the vocalise well becomes a problem, because this vocalization has no true headline and no lyrics.This study focused on the questions which have been brought up as fellow:Is there any theory evidence for understanding and acting this kind of work? Is it worthy for theoretic study and is there any practical value in vocality teaching and acting?In this study, the creating and performing of the vocalise (Sergey Vasilyevich Rakhmaninov) have been discussed in semiology field?.From the research, firstly, it gives a theoretic guidance for re-performing the work. Secondly, our positive judgment on the value of concert vocalization is clearly confirmed. In addition, concerning on other vocalizations which have been ignored by people, So that it can for the majority of learners in a vocal tracks at the same time, foster a more intrinsic interpretation of vocal ability.it is important and revelation to point out that a special kind of music—concert vocalization (with absolute musical notation) plays a crucial role in vocality teaching and performing.
