The august to September in 19.1 l,to be againsf"the policy of railway nationalization" implemented by the Qing government, the Railway Project Crisis of Si Chuan province on erupt on a large scale, and the resist struggle of mass works up to armed riots, hit the power of the Qing government very hard, and cause the Wuchang uprising directly, to October, the bourgeois-democratic revolution is also called the revolution of 1911 attempt to overthrow the Qing government on erupt throughout the country. The troubled situation of transfer of government took by the evolution of 1911 exert a tremendous influence to Tibet on the border area of southwest of China, not only cause internal strife of the army of stationed in Tibet because of the uncertain situation of inland, and then disturb Tibet, but also give chance to the British imperialist to suborn the 13 th Dalai Lama to resist the central authorities and expel the army stationed in Tibet; and then lead to a sharp conflict between the army stationed in Tibet and the army in Tibet, and cause unrest situation of Tibet. And the transfer of the form of government of a nation urges the 13 th Dalai Lama who safeguard the power of Tibet wholeheartedly disavows the Republic of China more even more, and insist to expel the army stationed in Tibet totally in spite of the attitude of the Republic of China, at last lead to an unusual relations between the central authorities and the Tibet local in a long time.Because Lhasa is the first happen place of this turmoil and is also the mental battlefield through out whole process, so the troubled situation in whole Tibet local is collectively called "Lhasa turmoil" in educational circles. This turmoil happened under the overall background of the evolution of 1911, but as an important border and ethnic minority area, there are many particularities in Tibet, such as in nationality, religion, governs power, traffic information, sensitivity of status in the world, so the nature of this turmoil is different from the evolutions in inland province, actually, it isn't in the scale of evolution, so it is also not the portion of the evolution of 1911.Because of the different on partners and nature, this turmoil is divides into two stages by the boundary of plundering the Sera Monastery in this article. In the first stage, the partners are limited to the Army stationed in Tibet, and its nature is turmoil inner the Army stationed in Tibet, at first time, this turmoil cause trouble situation inner the Army stationed in Tibet, and then disturb the army and people of Tibet. In the second stage, the partners are both the Army stationed in Tibet and the army of Tibet; its nature is totally different from the first stage. At the first time there are no external strength get involved, its nature should be turmoil inner our country, exactly, is the misfeasance of the Army stationed in Tibet cause the revolt of the army and people of Tibet, is an fight between oppress and un-oppress. But at the time as the 13 th Dalai Lama expand the scale of trouble situation under the abetment and helps of the British imperialist, and try hard to expel the army stationed in Tibet totally, its not a proper fight any more. Its change to be an act of expelling the Army and government official stationed in Tibet to resist central authorities.As the divides of the stage of the turmoil, this article contains two parts. The first part is the turmoil inner the Army stationed in Tibet, and will be involve the reasons, process, nature and some thing else. The second part is the fight between the Army stationed in Tibet and the army of Tibet. In this part, at first, this article will present the situation of conflict in the place of Tibet except of Lhasa, and then, introduce the war situation in Lhasa which will involve the reasons, process, nature, the reasons that the Army stationed in Tibet are expelled totally at last, and the reasons of the 13 th Dalai Lama insist to expel the army stationed in Tibet totally in spite of the attitude of the Republic of China.
