Cultural is one kind of vitality, and the community provide space for it. Cultural, which is always changing with times, the eternity and the moment, was standing and telling us the past of the history, and the future of our days.For now, we have to seen the different between Culture Industry, Cultural & Creative Industries, and the Culture Job itself. The development of our country will take more challenge by the increase of knowledge. And the institutions of higher learning must be the most important sport, to provide talent students for it. Because the Space of creativity & culture, the nature of art college--art, has become the key to open it. But as it always, that will be make our cultural become more and more complex. The specifications and looking of creative, the protection and the strict of industry, they are all in this premise of the cultural and creative industries, all-round development of human resources for the future poses a severe test. Faced with this, the cultural and creative industries are still hazy on the concept. We need to find out the truth. Today's art practice in the creative process needs to be done to clarify the first round. Known what the key really is. The Culture? Creative? Or the Industry?The problem of cultural and creative industries will be the start of this article, and the concept of cultural and creative industries will be divided into three parts. Universities for arts should make them the core of the key-both culture and creativity; at the end, the crux of the cultural and creative industries to creative return to this link. How to develop creative, generate ideas, norms creative and management experience combined with creative make their own recommendations.
