Webern Atonal Music Creation Experiment

In this dissertation, We used the Pitch-Class Set theory to analysis the Pitch Organization logic of Op.3 systemly , which writing for vocal solo and pinao by Anton Webern. Firstly, To analysis the Pitch Organization logic of the music,We analysised the logic relation of set appeared in the music, such as, includion realation of different cardinal number sets, similarity relation of the same cardinal number set, and the patterns of sets melody. We revealed the use of newly pich relations and the relations of trandation music between Anton Webern's music. On the other hands, according to the logic structure of the music, We study the perceptual thought , special expressive and musical aesthetics of Anton Webern's art songs; this dissertation provided a powerful text proof to study the music of Anton Webern.
