Populism is a kind of political thought and strategy or social movement,it occurs in the countries or regions that are in the economic transformation or in the political transition.It advocates direct democracy and opposes indirect democracy and may process to authoritarianism in its development.its formation is relevant to the design of the elite class.Political modernization is the social modernization that reflects in the aspect of politics or political fields,it refers to the entire process of transformation from the traditional political system to modern political system .
