Latin America’s new left wing regime also has some distinguishedfeatures; pragmatism, geopolitics sticking, regional integration,various leadership,and widespread support.The reason of why Latin America’s new left wing regime’srising is complex and can be divided into internal cause and external cause,in termsof external cause,since America is close to Latin America and dominated global hegemony and u.s-led financial organizations pushed neoliberalism and causedSocio-economic crisis further, America carried out a democratization Movementand exported democratic values to Latin America and paved the way for gainingpower of the new left wing party’s institutional foundation.A shift of US strategic attention provided diplomatic space and domestic politicalconditions.External cause also trigger internal cause, neoliberalism’s deregulationand privatization of the private sector was not adapted in Latin America andresulted in low economic growth and social disfunction, since the new left winggained power in Latin America and pushed forward a series nationalizationmovements and expanded the welfare state, compared to the right-wing regime inLatin America, the economy grew fast and promoted welfare index.
