With the rapid progress of human development and the expansion of industrialization, the world's climate and environment are constantly changing, and natural disasters are happening frequently. the world began to pay attention to the problem about greenhouse gases emission. The international community has concluded the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and, on the basis of it, the Kyoto Protocol, in order to ensure that countries to complete the obligations of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Clean Development Mechanism is one of the three mechanisms from the Kyoto Protocol, and it is generally considered to be a win-win cooperation mechanism. Clean Development Mechanism will not only help developed countries to fulfill its obligations for reducing emissions, but also to help developing countries achieve sustainable development strategy. However, due to the different interests of all countries and the imperfect rules of Clean Development Mechanism from country to country, it brings a variety of international environmental risks in the course of operation of the Clean Development Mechanism. At the same time, Due to the domestic legislation of States and operating experience have many different, they also bring the risks during operating Clean Development Mechanism projects. China has become the annual emissions of greenhouse gases superpower, and has been endured the pressure to reduce emissions from the world. In this case, China should attach importance to develop clean development mechanism projects and improve the legal about Clean Development Mechanism to make our country be better able to participate the project of Clean Development Mechanism. Only by doing this, can China achieve sustainable development of low-carbon development path.
