With the conclusion of Chinese working unit system, the living style, idea and concept has changed consistently and the original institution has been weakened or smashed gradually. As the most influential organization for the Youth, the Communist Youth League of China has also come across severe dilemma, facing up with the advancement option from micro mending "evolution" to macro systemic "reformation". Under this circumstance, it is urgent to hold the individual and organizational factor influencing the organization commitment and come into the internal "neuron net", reasonably restructuring the DNA of the youth organization. In this way, it helps the organization follow up the updating demand steps of the Youth from the intrinsic mechanism, persistently keeping the fascination and concentration to the young.This paper focuses on three new gross-root Communist Youth League in Jilin Province. It has observed their developing process and had talks with its member for their real experiences within two years. It has analyzed the factors influencing the organization commitment of the youth through questionnaires, making a summary for the differences between these three organizations and the traditional communist youth league during the working unit period. In this way, it has found the key problems, which have influenced the scientific development existed in these three organizations.With quantification research, the Paper concludes that the organization commitment has positive correlation with the degree of living stability of the member and the degree of democracy within the organization. It points out that the success of these three cases lies in the breakout of the traditional organizational dilemma and the exemplification to explain the conjunction point between these three organizational cases and the organizational commitment discipline.With the conclusion acquired from the study on these three organizations, the Paper puts forward the conception of differentiation league establishment creatively, demonstrating the need to execute differentiation in grass-root organizations. It explains the necessity to adopt participative management within the internal organization and put up with the relevancy mode of degree of satisfaction of the youth to the organization as well as the organization commitment. On basis of these three new organizations in Jilin Province, it describes three idealized grass-root organizational modes in accordance with different demands on the organizational origination for rural youth, urban moving youth as well as community youth respectively. The research in this Paper opens a new window for the researchers involving with youth affairs and histology study, which will attract more learners to grasp the developing pulse for the communist youth league and youth affairs. With more typical, splendid and scientific grass-root communist youth league modes, it will be helpful for the uses in the youth and the youth leagues at all levels within China.
