Research On The Innovatiing Working Mode Of The Communist Youth League In The Context Of Wechat

With the advancing development of science and technology,Wechat is one representative of the new media and gradually become a new way of life,communication and cohesion among the young people.It directly or indirectly affects the values of the young people.The role should not be overlooked.In recent years,the Communist Youth League in line with the development of new technologies,actively uses Wechat and other new media tools to explore the innovative ways of work in the Communist Youth League.Using of Wechat has been established as a certain working mode.Through the study and research of literatures,conducting questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,we were conducting research and discussed how to use Wechat as a innovative way of work of Communist Youth League in Nanxiong City.This paper studied the impacts and challenges of Wechat to the organization carrier,communication mode and working mode of Communist Youth League.Taking the Nanxiong Communist Youth League system as an example,we studied the roles and shortcomings of the Nanxiong Communist Youth League in the use of Wechat in the innovative work mode.The Nanxiong Communist Youth League system is currently using Wechat to innovate the work style for an objective,comprehensive and systematic understanding of the Southern Youth League system to better Wechat innovation Youth League work.Through the investigation and analysis of the survey data,we identified four problems and five causes of these problems.Finally,we proposed five approaches to promote the innovation and development of Communist Youth League with Wechat in Nanxiong city.
