The International Political Situation Change Research,

International political pattern is an important concept in the field of international politics ,which has significant meaning in theory and practice. Reference the different views from Chinese and foreign scholars, the definition of international political structure in this paper are the correlation of forces structure and strategic interaction situation synthesis which formed by interaction and mutual influence between the international system of power and the major country groups in a particular period in history. It includes three elements which are the main actors in the international system, the balance forces structure between and the strategic interaction situation between the main actors. The overall, relative stability, objectivity is the basic characteristics of international political structure."History tells us, war and crisis can bring fundamental change to the international order". Since entering the new century, the depth development of the international situation is leading to the factors of power distribution change ensue in the internal international system. The interaction of these factors leads to the"structure"change of the international system. For the overall socialist of the international politics theoretical study,"structure"is the basic assumptions and core variables. The theory of the neorealism, neoliberalism and the constructivism all takes the "structure" as analysis tool. In this paper, it uses the principles and analysis method of the "structures" definition of the neorealism for reference, complementary with some ideas of the neoliberalism. On these basic theories, this paper argues that the international politics pattern which construct on the structure of the international system will change correspondingly with the change of the international pattern"structure".The changes of the international political pattern is not only a continuous and periodical process, but also change in the qualitative and quantity. In order to comprehensively analysis the new changes of international political pattern, this paper analyses from its components. First, the performance for mainly agents shows in the quantity increased, the composition more diverse and some developing countries and non-western civilizations beginning step into central of the international stage. Secondly, concerned the major strategic interaction between agents'situation, the themes and properties of the strategic interaction had a new change. The importance of the geo-economics raised relatively, and the importance of the geopolitics declined relatively. The "hierarchical" phenomenon of the cooperation between agents became apparent; Different factors between the actors make the conflict and struggle more complicated. Finally, the complex international pattern has been occurred some new changes. From the interactive level between one-role lead and multi-polarization, the one-role lead power declines, and the multi-polarization strength strongly develops, showing a rising trend. From the development of the various multi-polarization power centers, the multi-polarization power centers have made great achievements, but also are facing different difficulties and challenges at the same time. Whether we could cope with these difficulties and challenges successfully will determine the future development of the complex international pattern directly. In this sense, the interaction between one-role lead and multi-polarization has been into a deep adjustment period.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is an overview of the international political situation, analyzes the three elements. The second, third, and fourth part analyzes the factors of forming international pattern changes respectively from the main behavior body, the strategy interactive situation between the main actors, and the forces level between the agents .At the end of this paper, it makes a summaries.
