The paper makes a whole grasp and systematic comb for the development and evolution process of the collectivism connotation since the founding of new China, taking the theoretical origin as the base, with historical perspective for dimensions, in the perspective of the process from its formation to development and evolution. Through this systematic research, the author pointed out:from its establishment and development to the perfection and maturity, the collectivism connotation interpretation is based on man's historic essence and relies on the development evolution of the relations between the individual and the collective. It is ordinal tied up around the evolution spindle of the concepts, i.e. the social orientation, the individual orientation, giving consideration to both interests, and the multilateral coordination of the interests of all parties. It is gradually passed through a process of negation, negation again, and negation of negation, a process of self sub late, from the single absolute stage of the establishment of collectivism connotation, through the development of the overcorrection of the collectivism, forming into the frame of the two-way connotation, and finally achieving into the mature and rational collectivism connotation. This is the so-called successive changing process of collectivism in its connotations. For this process, in the second part of the paper, the author digs deeper into the profound reason for the successive changing process of collectivism in its connotations respectively from the economy system establishment and transformation, social psychology demand and changes, the practical problems highlighting and back stepping, traditional cultural heritage and development these four aspects, Combined with different historical stages of economic and social development practice. The paper points out:The whole of the successive changing process of the connotation of collectivism is that the collectivist theory is rooted in the practice of social and economic development on the basis of the economic system, meets the social needs as its responsibility, and relies on the development of traditional culture. While keeping its own historical reproductivity, persisting on its advanced quality of keeping pace with the times, according to its own development logic, in the practice under the action of interactivity, the process is a continuous growing and mature one. Therefore, there is profound social foundation and the internal and external reasons behind its successive changes.The above parts are the main body of the paper. However, this study is not confined to this, through the whole successive changing process of the collectivism connotation, The author's purpose is to further research the whole development process of the ideological and political education concept. In order to make the whole argument grow-in-the-west son, paper structure tight logic, whole text one integrated mass, the author fist deduce and demonstrate the correlation of the successive changing process of collectivism in its connotations and the ideological and political education concept development evolution, the focusing of the former to the latter, and the possibility of demonstrating through the former to the latter.
