With the development of the economy and the further opening up to the outside world, the population that passes through the borders of our country has been growing rapidly. The current exit-entry administrative system, however, did not adjust itself well to the developing situation. In terms of duty, power distribution, operating rules and legislation, this paper studies the problems of the current exit-entry administrative system like vague duty, over-distribution of power, lacking of operating rules and legislation, and comes up with corresponding suggestions on the reformation of the exit-entry administrative system.This paper analyses the research subject in details through 4 chapters. Chapter 1 is the preface that includes background, value and method of the study as well as the framework of the paper, listing the review of literature that I referenced. Chapter2 and 3 analyses the present situation and problems of the current exit-entry administrative system respectively. Base on analysis of Chapter 2 and 3, chapter 4 focuses on the goal of reforming exit-entry administrative system and the principles during the reforming, analyses the motivation of the reforming. In the end, this paper proposes specific suggestions against issues that exist in function orientation, power distribution, operating rules and legislation.
